Das BACK TO FUTURE-Festival / GLAUBITZ OPEN AIR ist ein Punkrock-Festival, das seit über zwei Jahrzehnten in unmittelbarer Nähe der Elbe (bei Riesa/Sachsen) stattfindet. Eine Veranstaltung, die nach wie vor von Gründungsmitgliedern organisiert wird, weil Punkrock und andere artverwandte Musik immer noch einen großen Teil ihres Lebens bestimmen.
Das BTF bietet jedes Jahr ein attraktives internationales Line Up und ein idyllisches Veranstaltungsgelände auf einem grünen Reitplatz. Ein weiteres Highlight ist das angrenzende Waldschwimmbad, in dem sich traditionell fast 2.500 Festivalbesucher*innen zum Plantschen und Turmspringen treffen oder einfach nur ein Sonnenbad mit Bier oder Cocktail bei Live-Musik in allerbester Atmosphäre nehmen. PUNKROCK WELLNESS eben!
Was hat das BTF noch Außergewöhnliches zu bieten:
- der DIY-Gedanke steht im Vordergrund, von der Szene - für die Szene
- Bands spielen am Fr./Sa. im Wechsel auf Haupt- und Zeltbühne, Warm Up am Do. im großen Festzelt
- Zelten ist für Festivalbesucher*innen kostenlos/kein Müllpfand/Zelten ist am Fahrzeug möglich
- separater Familienzeltplatz (vorherige Anmeldung notwendig)
